Choose from a range of grille options, including pencil-proof or anti-ligature designs, to suit your needs. Additionally, the opening for the grilles can be customised or removed as per your preferences.

Durable Construction: Crafted from high-quality materials, our covers are built to last. The 6mm MDF wood backboard, 38mm 50kg/m³ foam, and 600gsm vinyl covering ensure longevity and resilience. The vinyl is flame-resistant and also easy to clean with an anti-fungal finish, maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Versatile Design: Whether you prefer a sloping or flat top design, our padded radiator covers are available in both options. Plus, each cover is made to measure, ensuring a perfect fit for your space.

FAQ

What colours do they come in?

Radiator cover underneath padded will be painted in RAL 9003 White. Padded on top can be from a wide range of colours. Sides and front can be mixed and match to suit environment they are being installed into.

What materials are they made from?

1.5 Zintec steel
Padding is 38mm thick 50kgm/3 foam laid on top of 6mm MDF and wrapped in double sides 600gsm vinyl.

What size do they come in?

We can manufacture the padded covers to suit almost any application do to its modular design. As a guid 600mm to 4000mm long is achievable.

Can you still open the cover to gain access to the radiator?

Yes – due to the efforts of the design team, the locks are still on show in order for them to be operated to open the cover.
