Contour offers a complete range of galvanised steel flush floor ducting for laying pipework in screeded floors.
Available with lids and a full range of accessories, the ducting is suitable for use in all types of projects in both new build and refurbishment schemes, at attractive prices.
Contour CDT Floor Ducting has been designed specifically to comply with Byelaw 58-(1) of the Water Act. The galvanised steel tray is fitted to the sub-floor prior to screeding and eliminates the need for expensive and time consuming shuttering. The plywood coverboard fits flush with the floor screed and can be simply removed to allow for rapid and effective access to pipes.
In addition to the standard sizes shown below, we can also make any special size, without minimum quantities.
All floor ducting profiles are 2500mm long. The range consists of 3 standard widths, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm. All widths are available to suit two screed depths, 50mm and 75mm.
Corner / Tee Sections are supplied in a perforated 1250mm length which is to be separated on site, forming left and right-hand sections. Each leg is 625mm long and when placed together they form either a 90 degree angle or a variable tee.
Tray Section: Formed from 22 gauge hot dipped galvanised mild steel to BS 2989: 1982: Class Z2.
Coverboard: Consists of 12mm WBP plywood.
We also produce the following accessories to suit the above trays;
