TRV Valve Kits

9210-13 Standard Internal TRV Kits

Suitable for areas where access to the valve is not of a high priority and can be adjusted a few times a year depending on weather conditions. Bottom Bottom Opposite End (BBOE) connections required to avoid the thermostatic head from getting false temperature readings.

7463-41 Internal TRV Kit With Remote Sensor 

 
Suitable for radiators that are connected Top Bottom opposite End (TBOE), meaning the thermostat will be located at the top of casings. The remote sensor can be installed to the bottom inlet grill or on the wall next to the casing.

9330-41 Standard External TRV Kit  

External TRV head means adjustment is available to all. Should you wish to limit the adjustment locking pins are supplied as standard. 

1935241 Anti-Ligature TRV Kit C/W back to wall shroud    

Suited for mental health environments, the CNC back to wall shrouds reduces the risk of ligature points and vandalism, without compromising on patient ability to adjust.

Rotarad™ rotating radiator valves* 

Rotarad is a unique, WRAS, KTW and ACS approved rotating valve kit, which can be used on both new installation projects and retrofitted to existing radiators.

*RotaRad kit is only suitable on steel panel radiators that are connected to a two pipe system with BBOE connections. We recommend installing a RotRad kit on to a maximum size of 1500 x 600 double panel radiator.

Valve Adapter Kit** 

Contour’s valve adapter allows for a new Contour TRV kit to be installed on to existing radiator valves where it’s not compatible with the Herz thread. This allows for replacement covers and valves to be installed on to existing heating system without the need for draining down.

**Contour valve adapter may not be suitable for domestic valve bodies. If the valves on the heating system is older than 10 years and experiencing sticking issues then we recommend for the heating system to be drained and new valve bodies to be installed.
